Christopher Mugona, CFA

Chris is a CFA charter holder and has over 23 years’ experience in the investment banking and stockbroking industry working in various capacities. He is a holder of B.Com Hons in Finance and speaks with gusto about stockbroking services. Deal origination, structuring and execution are his main turf and he joined Jemina Capital from Platinum Securities. He has been involved in structuring and execution of sizeable ticket transactions.

Chris qualified as a stock broker in 2007 and is an active member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.

Mashoko Dzimiri

- Principal Broker

Mashoko has worked in the financial services industry for over a decade. He began his illustrious career by working for a stockbroking firm and a financial advisory firm.

His expertise includes but is not limited to business valuations and due diligence, documentation of circulars, private placement offer documents, mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund management. He is an expert in deal structuring and implementation.

Mashoko holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Finance with the National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe) and has a Master of Science in Finance and Investment from the same University. His enthusiasm for finance led him to teach at local and regional universities.
